Picnic Day 108 Exhibits Application

Exhibits are displays, activities, shows, competitions and other events on Picnic Day presented by UC Davis departments or UC Davis department-affiliated registered-student organizations, or RSOs. They do not serve to promote student groups.  

If your RSOs does not represent a UC Davis department, please apply under the Student Organization Fair (sof@picnicday.ucdavis.edu). If you are a commercial business interested in being a sponsor, please contact business@picnicday.ucdavis.edu. If your event involves live animals, please apply under Animal Events (animalevents@picnicday.ucdavis.edu). If your event includes child-friendly activities or materials, please apply under Children's Discovery Fair (cdf@picnicday.ucdavis.edu). For live-performances, please apply under Entertainment (entertainment@picnicday.ucdavis.edu).

Please make sure you have all necessary information ready before you begin your application and complete this application in ONE SITTING. Be sure to click the SUBMIT button before closing the application. Otherwise, the application will not go through.

If your department wishes to host multiple events, you will need to fill out an application for each event.

The deadline for the Exhibits Application is Friday, February 4th, 2022 at 11:59PM PT (Pacific Time).

Picnic Day 108 Theme
Each year, the Picnic Day theme reflects something that matters to the Board of Directors, and that we feel will be embraced by the campus community. The theme for Picnic Day 108 is “Rediscovering Tomorrow.” We selected ’Rediscovering Tomorrow’ because right now, everyone has the opportunity to rediscover what their future holds. Our campus continues to embrace this opportunity while bringing our UC Davis community back in person. With the first in-person Picnic Day in two years, every attendee can experience Picnic Day with fresh eyes and rediscover their tomorrow at the event.
