Information clause regarding the above statements
1. In accordance with the article 13 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council(EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repaealing Directive 95/46/EC(Generla Data Protection Regulation) hereinafter referred to as Regulation, we inform you about the rules for processing your personal data and about your rights.
2. The administrator of your personal data is Organising Comitee of Poznań International Congress of Young Scientist(hereinafter referred to as Congress). Should you have any question concering your personal data, please send them to the following address: Collegium Martineum, ul. Św. Marcin 78, pok. 407, 61-809 Poznań or to the email adress  : kongres@amu.edu.pl.
3. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the article 6, paragraph 1 of the Regulation for it is necessary to prepare and announce the event schedule and conduct the event;
4. Your personal data may be disclosed to entities to which the data will have to be disclosed on the basis of legal provisions.
6. Your personal data will be stored for the period of time necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purposes, provided for by law and internal legal acts in force at the University of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan.
7. You have the right to access your data, receive a copy of it and subject to the law, you have the right to:
1) rectification of data;
2) withdrawal of consent, provided that the withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal;
3) delete data;
4) raising an objection;
5) data transfer;
6) restrictions on data processing.
8. The abovementioned rights are exercised by submitting a written application to Congress.
9. Congress does not transfer personal data outside of Poland / EU / EEA.
10. Congress processes the personal data provided in a manner based on automated processing, including profiling.
11. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory body, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if he considers that the processing of personal data violates generally applicable provisions in this respect.
