When you are nominating a Cause of the Month (CotM), the Social Action Committee (SAC) would like nominees to consider the impact of the financial support of the UUFA Share the Plate.  
Please consider how UUFA funds will impact the mission and focus of the CotM organization.  
Some organizations rely heavily upon UUFA funds to provide their services to the community while others may be more fortunate in regard to alternative funding.

Should there be more than one nomination for the same Cause, the first nomination meeting SAC’s criteria will be used for publicity purposes.   You can view what has already been nominated. 

Only completed nomination forms will be considered, and nominations must meet the following requirements:
1)  A Cause of the Month nomination must be made by a member of UUFA.
2)  Only one nomination per member will be accepted.
3)  Organizations must be nominated by February 19, 2023, to be considered.
4)  Nominations must meet the criteria set by the Social Action Committee.

Voting for the 2023-24 UUFA Causes of the Month will be from April 3 to April 17.
