Thank you for your expression of interest in enrolling your child at Scott Point School.  This is a pre-enrolment expression of interest form only and not a full enrolment. This information will help us to plan for our 2021 class placements.  

A full enrolment form will need to be completed at a later date where birth certificates and other documentation will be required.

All questions must be completed in full in order for the school to invite applicants to complete the final enrolment process.

Please fill out one form for every child you intend enrolling at Scott Point School either for the 2021 school year or for future enrolments ie those turning five in 2021.
