Thank you for Crafting Change for one of our partner charities.

Please provide the information requested so we can ship your supplies or kit! Please indicate which project you plan to work on along with which supplies or kit you are requesting.

Are you able to make a donation to Crafting Change to cover the cost of the supplies or shipping the supplies/kits to you? If so, please indicate that. Crafting Change is a 501c3 nonprofit organization and your donation for the supplies or shipping cost is tax-deductible. Making donations for supplies we have purchased helps the programs be sustainable, however we never want cost to be a barrier in participating in our programs. Questions? When requesting supplies from Crafting Change you understand that they must be used for Crafting Change partner charity projects. You understand that we expect supplies to be used in a timely way and that we will follow up with you to ensure that you are using the supplies and making progress on the project.
