May 10: Life Transitions Seminar

Let’s be honest. Being a young adult can feel liberating and chaotic all at the same time. One day you feel like the world’s your oyster and nothing can stop you. Sometimes it can feel like you’re just an overgrown teenager with mild lower back pain. And young adulthood isn’t a singular phase. It’s an array of different phases that vary depending on every individual, but one common factor remains – constant change. You move home or you move away. You make new friends or you lose a friend. You start a new job or leave a job. Sometimes you lose a job. Friends get promoted, move to the city, get a new dog or new bae (or both), while you may be left asking when it’ll be your time to have good news to share.

If this feels familiar to you, we welcome you to join us as we hear from some members of our community on life lessons they've learned from moments of transition.
