Please fill out the below form to register to umpire in the Canterbury Monday night Hockey 5s Competitions

This competition is a fun, fast and exciting variant of hockey which players use as a pre season campaign for the winter season. Umpires are highly encouraged to use this pre season opportunity as preparation for the winter season ahead.

When:
First game is Monday the 28th of February. The competition runs over 3 Monday nights and finishes on Monday the 14th of March. (South Island Hockey 5s weekend will be run over the 18th & 19th of March. Registration for this will be sent out separately).

Time:
Games are from 6.15pm onwards

Where:
Nunweek Park

Who:
Anyone that intends on umpiring in the Winter Canterbury hockey senior competitions is encouraged to register for at least one week of this competition!

Payment - $15 per game.
