Profile of Youth Leader for this Youth Exchange:
individuals who:
- are directly related to organizations (members or volunteers)
- have experience as team leaders in similar activities
- have at least basic circus arts skills

All youth leaders need to be over 18 years old, but there is no upper age limit.
