Below is some more information about what we are looking for!
3-5 athletes who meet either of the standards below:
Elite:
Marathon: Sub 2:50:00
Half Marathon: Sub 1:19
10K: Sub 35:00
5K: Sub 17:00
Sub-Elite:
Marathon: Sub 3:00:00
Half Marathon: Sub 1:23
10K: Sub 38:00
5K: Sub 18:30
*Times must be recorded within the last two years
Team Member Expectations
- Aligned with the group's mission to "Represent, Achieve, Empower"
- Agree to represent Brooks by competing in the Angel City Elite racing singlet and your choice of Brooks racing shoes
- Compete in either 1 marathon + 3 races of a shorter distance a year OR 5 non-marathon races a year
- Participate in a minimum of 3 ACE outreach events annually (i.e. leading a community run, visiting with a high school team, etc.)"
- Open about your journey
Additional ACE team support
- Travel support depending on Elite or Sub-Elite qualification status
- Race entry fees depending on Elite or Sub-Elite qualification status
- Brooks racing kit, shoes and training apparel
