Before winter these are the things we want you to check before it's too late and costly

Let's do the list together

Inspect and upgrade attic insulation and ventilation

Insulate pipes — at least those by windows and doors, and in unheated areas of the home.

Do a Temperature Check. No lower to 65°F

Check for air leaks around windows and doors, including cracks in caulking or weatherstripping.

Make Sure Your Heating System is Ready

Check for any broken seals around vents and the chimney.

Have your fireplace cleaned

Clear Debris from Flat Roofs

Purchase a roof rake

Remove window screens (Removing screens from windows can boost natural light and improve solar heat gain)

Disconnect your hose from the outside hose bib (outside faucet)

Test Your Sump Pump

Reverse ceilings in a clockwise position to push heated air down.

Protect the Air Conditioner - Place a sheet of plywood held down by a few bricks on top and your AC

Check trees. Trimming dead tree limbs

Clear Gutters and Downspouts

Inspect Outdoor Lighting

Protect Patio Furniture- Clean & Store

Stock up on salt or Sand

Prepare for a Storm. Stocking up on bottled water, non-perishable food, flashlights, first-aid supplies Get batteries and a smart phone charger.
