Assessment Booking Form
A variety of assessments, including psycho-educational assessments for learning difficulties, school readiness, career assessments, assessments in application for concessions/accommodations and further learning support are offered by our newly appointed Educational Psychologist, Claire Yarde-Leavett. She will make use of a full battery of psycho-educational assessments in order to gain a thorough understanding of any contributing factors impacting on a child’s academic functioning.

Educational assessments are usually charged at standard medical aid rates varying between R6000 and R13000, depending on the assessor and medical aid. However, our assessment fees cannot be claimed from medical aid, and are therefore offered at more affordable, much-reduced rate of R1750-R4125, depending on the assessment done.

The assessment fee includes an initial consultation with parents, the assessment, a digital report and a report feedback session.
