Bookings will only be confirmed once payment has been received. If no payment is made within 3 days then booking will be cancelled.

Refund policy.
Full refunds for cancellations will be given if notified within 14 days of the event start date and will incur a £25 admin fee.

Refunds after this will be at the discretion of the committee and will also incur a £25 admin cost. if any further costs are incurred as a result of any cancellation these will also be deducted from any refund.

You will be notified on how to pay once the form has been submitted via an email from the booking officer.
