We are glad you are interested in being on staff as a work trader for one or more of our Tantra Festivals!
We are currently full for work trade, but you can apply to get on our waiting list.

Oregon Tantra Festival no longer needs any work trade.

Cascadia Tantra Festival is Jan 8-15, 2021, is an online event. Events based on Pacific time, USA

The events are focused on inner awareness, tantric arts and relationship skills.
Please do not apply if you are not living on the west coast of North or South America.

We Offer You:
Free Festival Ticket and inclusion into the private Facebook group

We ask from you:

We ask for 8 hours of work trade, either before or during the event. That amounts to attending 4 events in your position of helper.

Positions available:

Empathy Angel -
You are skilled at empathy or counseling, and you are willing to be present during a event for people who might want support then. You are willing to give your phone number to everyone on the call so they can text or call you for help during the call.
You and the participant stay in the Zoom room but turn off your sound and turn the video away from yourselves.
You are not providing therapy. Just support and ideally for not more than five or 10 minutes. They then come back to the call.

Advertising Angel-
You have a large mailing list or know places to post announcements in online newsletters, Facebook groups, etc. You follow all of our posts on Facebook and comment and like them, You invite as many friends as Facebook allows you to. You help us post to instagram or twitter.

We are also requesting that all staff announce this event to their own audience a minimum of 2 times prior to the festival.

This includes posting in your own newsletters, related meet ups, and Facebook invitations and shares.

We can really use your help in getting the word out about the Oregon Tantra Festival!

Now is the time to really start pumping with our promotion, because the early deadline is May 20th for discounts! Our registrations have just been trickling in, so now is the time to get it rolling.

There are various ways you can help us get the word out! Please do the actions below, hopefully as soon as possible to be really timely.

Promotion- I will help with: *

1. Facebook Event: click "going", and invite 500 local friends, which is the max that can be invited.

2. Facebook Posts: post the event on your Facebook feed a couple times a month, with a short note

3. Facebook groups: Share the event to local area groups that night be interested

4. Your own network: Forward the email promo, list the event in your newsletter, or on meetup groups
