Participants will learn about the theoretical foundations of restorative justice and understand the value of ritualized relationship building to create a proactive, healthy, and connected culture within their school community. Additionally, explore practical restorative strategies for classrooms, such as: community building circles, norm-setting circles, restorative conversations, peace circles, and re-entry policies when harm has occurred. If you are new to restorative practices or need additional resources/tools to use with your students, join us!
