If you ARE allowing your child to participate in Zoom meetings with Terra Linda staff and you ARE allowing Terra Linda staff to record the meetings, you do not need to complete this form.

Recorded meetings will not be distributed outside a teacher's choice to post a lesson in SeeSaw to make the content accessible for those who may be unable to join the live session.
