PDC serves students ages 11 and older diagnosed with learning disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and emotion regulation difficulties.

School Programs

Academics, Technology Education, Fitness & Well-Being, Vocation & Independent Life (VIL), and Nature Education

School Mission

PDC focuses on preparing intelligent middle & high school students for a meaningful, integrated adult life.

Criteria for Admission at PDC

I.   Student families are supportive of their students.
II.  The student must possess an active willingness to learn.
III. The student must display an appropriate level of control over his or her behaviors.
IV.  PDC and parent communication lines must be open and unhindered.

PDC is filling a large gap in our local community due to this student population's performance difficulties in traditional education settings. Our students have been the victims of bullying, isolation due to developmental delays, and some are pushed through grade levels not knowing how to read or how to complete simple Math problems.

PDC opened in September 2017 to provide an excellent educational opportunity for this student population. We provide our students with one-on-one instruction, group instruction, community outings, workforce preparation skills, cultural experiences, emotion regulation activities, natural outdoor experiences, health & fitness activities, classroom supplies, and other educational materials to enhance their education. All of this is apart of their monthly tuition. We also hold several community events throughout the year including socials & holiday events.

Paradigm Development Center (PDC) has been and will continue to be an effective support organization that provides services and supports for caregivers, people on the spectrum, family members, concerned friends, professionals, and our community. We invite you to become a part of this growing organization that seeks to bring a splintered community together.
