Premiere Video Production Package Outline. $750.00 Promotional video. “2-minute final video onsite activities and/or promotional needs” Scope of Work: Video Commercial production, quantity – 1 (one).Pre-production virtual or phone meeting required with both videographer/producer and client for 15 minutes prior to shoot. Video may include individuals and group shots of participants at facility and activities taking place at facility. Logos supplied if necessary. Any other specific branded graphics needed will be supplied by client. Scripts or bullet point outline written by client and performed on video by client. No models or actors supplied. On location. $750.00 Includes –2 Hour maximum shooting time – 1 Hour editing time. Based on maximum of 3 “takes” of video shooting. Final Video is to be approximately no longer than 2 minutes. 1 round of changes if necessary. No reshoots.Video proof supplied. Basic voice over of male or female can be supplied at production staff choice. $150.00 Actors supplied - $50-$75.00 per hour depending on availability. Script writing and video campaigns (more than 1 video produced) – Custom pricing available. Drone Photography – custom pricing available. Any on site shots of participants at location shall have model releases signed prior to shooting. Travel to on site location no more than 20 minutes from downtown Hertford. Photographer/Videographer shall produce video/photos of on-site activities or promotional need of client. Video/Photos may include basic product shots, individuals, and group shots of participants at facility and activities taking place at facility. A mix use of short “video clips” and still photos may be used to produce video. Basic video shooting, transitions and editing provided. No voice over enhancements. Logos supplied if necessary, in acceptable electronic files. Any other specific branded graphics needed will be supplied by client also in acceptable electronic files. Scripts or bullet point outline written by client and performed on video by client. No models or actors supplied. On location. $400.00 Includes -45-minute maximum shooting time – 45 minutes editing time. Based on maximum of 2 “takes” of video shooting. Additional “takes” shall be billed at $45.00 per “take”. Overtime for photography shall be billed at $35.00 per hour. Final Video is to be approximately no longer than 2 minutes. 1 round of changes if necessary. No reshoots. Video proof supplied.
