QUICK REVIEW OF THE EVENT
The XXX!NYALA 31st Architectural Student Workshop and Built Environment Infrastructure Exposition (NYALA 2019) was hosted by Infrastructure University Kuala Lumpur (IUKL). The summit was held from 31st July until 5th August 2019 at IUKL campus within the premise of De Centrum City, 43000 Kajang, Selangor, Malaysia.

The XXX!NYALA 31st Architectural Student Workshop 2019 (XXX!NYALA) which was supported by Pertubuhan Arkitek Malaysia (PAM) was participated by 762 delegates from 24 higher learning institutions from Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines and Singapore.

Activities for the workshop include creative skills and thinking activities and various integrated platform with the parallel event called the Built Environment Infrastructure Exposition (BEIX2019) which had been scheduled to converge a wider perspective of the competitive industry. The exposition shall expand on the deliberation of academic activities such as conferences, seminars, training and other workshops. The deliberate planned events of both XXX!NYALA and BEIX2019 were aimed to promote networking collaboration amongst the architectural student participants, varsity delegates, lecturers of the XXX!NYALA, other participants of BEIX2019 and public audience in creating a synergy of a wholesome event known as the 31st Architectural Student Workshop 2019 & Built Environment Infrastructure Exposition (NYALA2019).

In conjunction with the event, Pertubuhan Arkitek Malaysia had also organized the 2nd PAM International Conference in Architectural Education (PIAEC2019 conference.iukl.edu.my/piaec) hosted at IUKL. The conference was participated by practitioners and academicians from various countries including Malaysia, United States of America, Iran, Iraq, Morocco, Maldives, India and Bangladesh. PIAEC2019 with the theme “Sustainable Built Environment for Liveable Cities" was a successful sequel of the 1st PAM International Architectural Education Conference which was first initiated by PAM in 2018 at Taylor's University.

The event was officially closed at Putrajaya Marriott Hotel on 4th August 2019. I WAS NOT INVOLVED, but based on my observation, everything looks good and exciting!

Creative and excellent! Great modules!

Good but to much ado about nothing

I think i have lost my direction in those modules

I have no idea at all! Well, I just enjoyed teamwork and networking!

I found it a well integrated event! Good exposure and networking for my future endeavour
