Please select a minimum of 2 areas where you would like to volunteer at the festival.

General Labour Set Up and Take Down - You are the type of person who likes to use your hands and get things done. You see an opportunity to help and you do not hesitate. You are able to set up small tents and lift heavy objects like tables.

Parking Attendants - You are on the front lines of the festival, greeting our guests with a enthusiasm and a smile, helping them navigate our parking lot. You have the ability to stand for long periods of time and are ready and able to help out where needed.

Info Booth and Host - You are the person who has done their research about the festival and has great personality skills. Able to stand for long periods of time and answer questions, find solutions, and be an ambassador of Summerset

Ticket Scanners - You are at the front lines of the festival, greeting guests with a smile and seamlessly using the technology provided to scan everyones tickets. You also may be asked to secure festival wristbands.

Family Zone - You will assist our family zone sponsor in activating the family zone. You have the ability to keep kids entertained and share the joy of the festival with the families that attend.

Volunteer Tent - You love to help those who are making the show happen. You have problem solving skills, and able to maintain and restock the volunteer area. You will work in conjunction with the volunteer organizer.

Waste Management - You are passionate about the environment and would love to help our waste management team keep the site clean. You will be required to stand for long periods of time, it is an asset if you have the ability to lift heavy objects.

Signage Crew - You will have the responsibility of delivering and setting up banners and signage. You will also be responsible for taking down the signage and returning it to storage. You must have your own vehicle.

Merchandise Assistant - You are organized and friendly, helping out at the merchandise tent. You will assist in helping customers as well as keeping an organized inventory.

VIP Usher - You have the ability to make people feel welcomed and to show them your appreciation. You love to interact with VIP guests. You will be asked to perform many different roles within the VIP section. You are an ambassador of Summerset Music and Arts festival and have experience in customer service.

Audience Relations + Weather Crew - You are the type of person who has no problems directing and assisting guests throughout the festival site and within close proximity to the festival. You can stand for long periods of time and be an ambassador of Summerset

Roamer - You are the type of person who loves to help and is good at solving solutions. You see a problem and you fix it. This will include helping out in any area of the festival that is needed.

Photography - You are the person behind the lens. You want to use this opportunity to shoot great content and donate those photos and videos to the Red Door Events team. Your work may be featured on our social media and used in future promotional material.

Street Team - You are ready to spread the word about the festival! Leading up to the festival you will join our street team at various events to engage with the public and get them excited about the festival!
