The purpose of the mentoring program is to connect senior scholars with junior faculty (defined as pre-tenure, no more than 8 years post PhD).
Benefits of participation: You will be matched with another senior scholar and 4 junior faculty in a mentoring group. Both senior and junior faculty have reported the mentoring groups to be beneficial for their personal and professional growth.
To qualify: You should be (1) tenured as an associate or full professor, (2) have a record of publication in management journals, (3) have published papers in the last five years.
