HOURS OF OPERATION: All booths must be open for business Saturday, 9m to 4 pm, and Sunday, 10 am – 3pm.......Vendors are expected to be present during all contracted hours of operation and load-in/load-out instructions. Failure to remain open during event hours will result in denial of future participation........... Load-In will be Friday -- Information will be provided closer to event date by email.............. BOOTH SECURITY: Booths must be covered and able to withstand wind and rain. Booths may be left up overnight as there is a security patrol, but any merchandise should be secured and the event is not responsible for loss or damage. Over Night Security will be available Friday & Saturday. NO SMOKING POLICY: Please note that this event does not permit smoking or the use of tobacco products in or within 25 feet of a vendor booth. ► NO power or water will be available at site, you must be fully self-contained. *
