FHSMUN Virtual I Conference will be held online using Zoom Meetings on 25 September 2021 – 26 September 2021. This will be a 1 day conference for middle school and a 2 day conference for high school.

I confirm that I am the parent/guardian, or member of the faculty responsible for supervising those students who will be attending the conference in all aspects of preparation for and attendance at the conference. I have the permission and authorization of both the school and the parents of conference attendees to oversee the actions and be responsible for the safety of the conference attendees. I will be responsible for the behavior of my delegate(s) during the entire period they are at a FHSMUN conference or in transit to and from the conference. I guarantee that they will comply with the rules of the FHSMUN, Inc. I have reviewed this application and confirm all information contained herein is accurate.
