2025-2026 (1st Grade) The Montessori Elementary & Middle School Application for Enrollment
This application represents a submission of interest to enter the lottery to enroll at The Montessori Elementary & Middle School for the 2025/2026 school year.  

Please do NOT fill out this application if your student currently attends The Montessori Elementary & Middle School. You will receive an "Intent to Return" in the Spring semester where you will indicate if you are planning on returning for the 2025/2026 school year at The Montessori Elementary & Middle School. If you are applying for a sibling of a student that currently attends, you must fill out an application for that student.

All grade levels are subject to a lottery process, if the number of interested students exceeds the number of enrollment slots available for the grade level in question. The lottery for each available spot in each grade level will take place at the Governing Council meeting in February 2025.

All information in the form below that is required does not provide any basis for acceptance or denial of enrollment into The Montessori Elementary & Middle School. Please do not submit more than one application per student or your lottery spot may be altered.

(Example- if you have 2 children and are applying for a kindergarten spot and a 5th grade spot, you should fill out an application for both the Kindergarten and 5th grade children and also list them as a sibling on the application).
