Student Recommitment Form 2020-21
It is that time of year! The time of year we start our recommitment of students for the 2021-22 school year, as well as accept applications for kindergarten, preschool, and new students. We appreciate your prompt return of this form as we use this information to plan for staffing and budgeting for the upcoming school year.

The Recommitment Survey is for students currently enrolled in preschool through fifth grade. Only one survey per family is required. Your Recommitment Survey response is required each year to hold your child’s place at NSCS.  Please fill out the survey as soon as possible.
