Have a backyard? Live close to our home at the Artscape Weston Common? SIA will bring a physical-distancing summer camp program to you. Pair with another local family for a 1.5 or 3 hour program for up to seven campers, ages 7 - 15.

*SIA will consider hosting programs in backyards close to subway stations that are deemed accessible for our staff.

Refund, Cancellation, and Inclement Weather Policy

Registrants may cancel their registration up to two weeks before the workshop begins. Cancellation requests must be delivered in writing via email to education@shakespeareinaction.org.

Cancellation requests within two weeks of the class start date are not eligible for refunds.

Shakespeare In Action reserves the right to cancel workshop due developing public health advice. In that case, all participants will be fully refunded.

In the event of inclement weather (ie. thunderstorms or heatwave), SIA and registrants agree to make every effort to find another suitable date for the program to be held. If another suitable date cannot be found, SIA will refund the full fee.

Photo Release

Shakespeare in Ation will be shooting footage and taking photos of program participants and activities.

Shakespeare in Action is a professional theatre company and a registered Canadian charity, entertaining and inspiring Torontonians for over 30 years!

We are asking permission to photograph and film the Shakespeare in Your Backyard program. We will use the photographs and video footage to promote our educational programs (workshops, residencies, Library Club) in print, online, or through other broadcast mediums. Above all else, we will use the photographs and video footage to ensure the continuation and improvement of the above programs. We will never sell the photos or video footage to any third party.
