Hiawatha Runs
New this year, Hiawatha has its very own running program to replace Mini Milers. Hiawatha Runs will be held on Mondays after school, 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM. The program will run for four weeks on: 5/6/24, 5/13/2024, 5/20/2024, 6/3/2024 and is completely FREE! All you need to do is sign up your child if they are interested and consider volunteering at one, some or all of the sessions. 

No experience required to volunteer.  You don't need to be a runner or an educator, just have a good attitude, be a positive role model and help keep the kids safe. Remember, volunteer's do not to be the student's Mom or Dad, in previous years we've received help from grandparents, adult siblings and aunts/uncles too. Help is greatly appreciated and is what makes programs like this possible.
