23-24 University Theme House Annual Review

The Committee on Residential Learning (CoRL) asks all University Theme Houses (UTH) – academic, co-op, fraternities, and sororities – to complete this brief questionnaire. The purpose of this questionnaire is to provide an opportunity to reflect on the past year and identify strengths and challenges. CoRL wishes to highlight effective practices and understand when communities might encounter difficulties.

We also recognize that leadership changes can affect a residential community, and we want to provide each UTH with an opportunity to prepare its next set of leaders with reflections.

Should a UTH wish to reapply for housing in the next cycle, this questionnaire can inform your renewal application. Your response will become part of the UTH’s historical documents with CoRL and may be considered positively by CoRL in the application review.

Please submit your reply via this form by Friday, May 24th at 11:59 pm PT.

If you are unable to meet this deadline due to an unanticipated leadership absence or turnover or have any other questions, please contact Anesha Grant (apgrant@stanford.edu).

Before writing your responses, we encourage you to review the successful reviews submitted in AY 22-23. UTH Annual Review Model Responses
