These evaluations are important to the tryout selection process.  Your feedback and honesty is greatly appreciated.  It is very important that you rate the student according to how you feel the student does in your class.  Please be as honest as possible.  These evaluations will not be shared with the student.  They will be confidential and reviewed by the Principal, Athletic Director, and Head Coach.
