C. Ray Williams Preschool Interest Inquiry
C. Ray Williams Preschool at Kae Avenue North offers two programs for your child’s beginning educational needs. Each program is open to Whitehall residents only.

Program 1: C. Ray Williams Early Childhood Center offers a half day Preschool program, Monday through Friday. C. Ray Williams ECC receives an Early Childhood Education Grant from the Ohio Department of Education (ODE). The grant is income based, and families will need to qualify for a spot before enrollment. This is a tuition based program with a sliding fee scale. This program does have a wait list.

Program 2: WCS Early Childhood Education Program also operates under a license from the Ohio Department of Education (ODE). The program operates on a half day schedule Tuesday through Friday. The make up of the classrooms is eight children with identified disabilities and eight children who serve as peer models with typically developing skills. This program does have a wait list.

AM Preschool: 8:40 AM - 11:25 AM

PM Preschool: 12:50 PM - 3:35 PM
