We are asking all 9-12th grade athletes that are interested in participating in a winter sport to fill out this interest form. You will be responsible to provide the appropriate sports physical packet or re-certification packet prior to tryouts on November 17th, 2023.We are asking that all paperwork is handed in at least one week prior to the official start date in case anything is missing.
