BDNS Moderator Application
BrowseDNS is a website primarily intended for discussing web access, browsers, and development on devices that aren't traditionally considered computers or phones. As a result, we have a lot of users that tend to be in similar scenarios with restricted or low-access to Internet.

This limited access results in the site often being used as a generic messaging platform, and we're seeking help to moderate it. The best case scenario is that like-minded users can be moderating threads of their peers, and help encourage an atmosphere that makes both newcomers and existing users feel welcome.


Current moderators:

For your reference, a moderator gains the ability to open/close topics, edit or delete messages, and move posts. They do not gain abilities to access or manage any kind of personal user data.

The most important thing is to remain impartial, and not to allow any personal comments to interfere with moderation abilities. If a specific topic or situation is impossible to do that on, then it should be delegated to another moderator.
