The Committees
There are four Committees:

1)     SESSIONS
This Committee plans the sessions, books instructors for the weekend, is the main contact for the instructors to provide them with the information they need and answer their questions as well as schedules the sessions.

2)     REGISTRATION
This Committee organizes camp registration, assigns cabins, handles camp sign in as well as the design and ordering of T-shirts.

3)     ENTERTAINMENT & COMMUNICATIONS
This Committee is responsible for emceeing for the weekend,  Friday night icebreakers, Saturday night entertainment (i.e. speaker, talent show), Saturday night dance (music, equipment, DJ and decorations) as well as making the A/C Conference plaque.

4)     SITE & SECURITY
This Committee looks after the emergency plan, organizes first aid, enforces curfew and proper behavior as well as supervises the Saturday evening campfire.
How can you participate?
There are two ways you can participate:

1)    Be a COMMITTEE CHAIR
We are looking for Adventurers/Challengers who are able to take on a lot of responsibility and have the time to plan an event of this size. You won’t be doing it on your own though!  Each Committee Chair will have Assistants to help share the workload.

2)      Be a COMMITTEE ASSISTANT
Not able to commit to being a Committee Chair but still want to take an active role in helping out with the Conference?  Then, put your name down as an Assistant.   You will be working as part of a team in helping the Committee Chair.
