GPS Chromebook Request Form
With the extension of school closures through June 12th, the Grafton Public Schools realize there may be families in Grafton who will need to borrow a device (Chromebook) from the District for the remainder of the school year.

To that end, the District will offer curbside pickup of Chromebooks on Wednesdays from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at North Street Elementary School.  Please complete the form below to have a device reserved for your student.  

Please note our inventory is limited. To that end, If at all possible, we are asking that families share devices among students in their home.

On the date/time referenced.  Please drive up to the front of the building and someone will come out to your car.
