Terms and Conditions of St Mark’s Church School Holiday Programme
• Opening hours are 8:00am – 5:30pm
• All children need to be dropped off by 9:00am (unless pre-approved)
• Children need to bring their morning tea and Lunch everyday unless stated otherwise
• All children need a water bottle, sunscreen, warm clothing, raincoat and hat everyday
• On excursion days, where we take the students out of the school grounds students need to wear safe shoes i.e. no jandals.
• The cost per child is $65 per day. We offer a 15% discount for the third child
• There is a $1 per minute late fee after 5:30pm
• Once you have completed the form your child will be registered for the days you have chosen.  You will be charged to your school sundry account.

Cancellation: You have until 48 hours before the day to cancel at no charge. After that there will be no refunds as staff are rostered on and outings are booked and paid for in advance.

• There is a  maximum of 50 students at school or 40 on out of school activity days (dependent on the activity)
• Late enrolments may be accepted if places are still available.
• Students cannot bring bikes, skateboards, scooters, roller blades unless it is a wheels day. Students must bring and wear a helmet on Wheels day
• All school rules must be abided by. If there are any problems you may be asked to collect your child from school, similarly if you have omitted information on this form.
• Siblings and friends of St Mark’s families are also welcome to attend.
