The 18th Annual Music is Art Festival will be on Saturday, September 12th at Buffalo RiverWorks & RiverFest Park.

All dance groups wishing to be considered for a performance slot must complete this submission form.  Music is Art will supply a changing area for performers, a performance area, and a sound system with a CD player or iPod connection.  Performers are responsible for the security of their individual props, costumes, etc. Performers leaving materials in the changing area do so at their risk.

Should you be chosen to perform at the Festival more details will be provided to you on Parking, arrival times, along with a release form to be signed by all dancers.
