I consent to my child participating in the "Name a 3D Printer" competition. I consent to my child submitting their research via the google form, submitting artwork or other pieces to support their research. Additionally, I consent to my child participating in the Zoom meeting where they will be among their peers reporting on their research to other families. I understand that I do not have to show my child's face during this presentation by turning off the video capabilities. I understand that other family members will be present listening to the presentations. *
