Coaching Passes will be distributed during check-in. To limit the number of people on the floor, a limited number of coaches passes will be available per school.
1-5 Competitors - 1 Coach Pass
6-10 Competitors - 2 Coach Passes
11-15 Competitors - 3 Coach Passes
16+ Competitors - 4 Coach Passes
**Schools will be given (1) Coach Pass Free of Charge for each Full Time Umpire**. Limit 5 Coach Passes per Team
There are many other important jobs for the Umpire team besides just strictly Judging, so although we prefer Black Belt Umpires, Full Time Umpires do not HAVE to be Black Belts.
Full Time Umpires are considered Red Belt or higher, and 16yrs and older. And to be considered a Full Time Umpire, that individual must be committed to being an Umpire throughout the majority of the Event.
Umpires who are also competing will be given sufficient time to prepare when their events come up.
