Cancellation Policy
*This is a rain or shine event.
We do not anticipate a need to cancel this event, however, we've outlined a policy in the case that the event is canceled for unforeseen circumstances.
-The sponsor can receive a refund of 75% of their sponsorship
-OR, the Sponsor can elect to roll 100% of the sponsorship to next year’s event
-25% of the initial sponsorship will be retained and used for marketing and administrative purposes. This marketing includes, but is not limited to: social media recognition for your business, signage with your logos & flyers (as applicable if already printed), & website recognition for your business.
