Garfield Yard Sale - Vendor's Registration Form
Garfield residents are invited to declutter, liquidate and repurpose those things you no longer need. This is your opportunity to rent a space and sell your wares or possessions, that are ready for a new home. Residents are welcome to sell: gadgets & tools, furniture & lamps, knickknacks & tchotchkes, clothes & housewares. Whatever, you wish to sell, barter, liquidate or rehome, including any handmade crafts you make.  

COVID accommodations
Wearing facial mask in Park will be required at all time. Respecting social distancing requirements. We are separating vendors spaces and limiting sales spaces to 15 vendors total.

Application:
Registrations accepted on a first come basis.
-   Vendors must be prepared to show proof of residence in Garfield Neighborhood that matches online registration (utility bill or driver’s licenses are accepted). No refunds for failure to prove Garfield residency.

Event Details:  
Set Up:  7-8 am - $20 cash deposit required
o Additional fee for electricity $5 cash to be collected at time of set up.
o Cars can drive on site to unload sales items but must be off site by 8am.
Event Hours: 8 am – 1 pm - NO VEHICLES on site during these hours.
Breakdown: 1 pm – 2 pm; all items must be cleared from the park by 2:30 pm. Deposits returned when assigned spaces are cleared. After 1pm vehicles will be permitted on site to reload.

Vendors are responsible for providing their own display tables and/or chairs, or adequate shade & environment for their product. No set-up permitted prior to 7AM on the day of the event. Area must be left clean before deposit returned. No equipment, including tables, chairs, canopies, etc. will not be provided.  No assistance for unloading and loading is provided, plan accordingly.  No refunds for rain or snow.

Space Specifications:
8.5 ft wide x 18 ft deep (aka a parking space)
