CDN 40+ Commitment
You may have received various emails but we need this information in order to proceed. Please fill out this form, it will take 1 minute to fill out - DEADLINE: Noon PST, Thursday, February 10th, .  Please also forward to other athletes in this age category that may be interested. This is to determine if the Canadian Masters teams in the age categories of Over40s (O40s) to Nottingham (Aug 12-22) and O45s and O50s to Cape Town (Oct 1-10) will have enough critical mass (14 athletes) to commit for these World Cups (WCs).  As some in the O40s have aged out we wanted to make sure you have a realistic idea of upcoming Masters tournaments this year!
Here is a listing of the Masters tournaments in 2022 that we know of (Age category, dates on some tournaments tbd or listed generally, the other dates that are listed are set) - this is just for your information - this form is for the Masters World Cup Commitment:

In 2022, which age category do you fall into? (Date is for the whole calendar year, - so if you turn 45 in 2022; you would be considered O45 not O40) *
If you had to choose one World Cup that you can commit to this year - which would it be? (the O45s & O50s might be combined if there is not enough in each age category but AGCs will reach out to you if this is the case) *
Nottingham Commitment
If committed to Nottingham, the athlete must be committed to paying F-RED the first installment of $500 shortly after Feb 10th, 2022; but again you will know soon by the result of this form.

Thank you for filling and forwarding this onto potential outdoor Canadian (need to have lived in Canada for at least a year, if not a citizen) field hockey athletes.

Christine Parker (O40s AGC)
Cara Jay (O50s Co-AGC)
