Dates of Camping Permit: Thursday 9/28/23 through Sunday 10/1/23

This permit is issued subject to the rules and regulations which have been established by the governing body of MCPARC for its parks, facilities, etc. Permit must be displayed on vehicle for overnight parking. Copies of park or facility rules are available at the MCPARC office. Please place all trash in receptacles. MCPARC is not responsible for accidents or injuries. It is your responsibility to complete this form which will be submitted to the MCPARC office. The person signing this rental contract must be an adult and agree to be in attendance at the activity and be financially responsible for any property damage or excessive littering. MCPARC reserves the right to charge a $100 cleaning fee if necessary. NOTE: The Director, Tony Michalski, or any of his authorized representatives has the authority to revoke any and all permits upon the finding of a violation of any park rule or regulations by any person or persons. NO VEHICLES ARE ALLOWED ON GRASS AREAS OR TRAILS. NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ALLOWED WITHOUT A SPECIAL WRITTEN PERMIT ACQUIRED BY GIVING NOTICE OF REQUEST TO THE MCPARC OFFICE.
