Out of many apprehensions and myths floating around Type one diabetes, marriage and pregnancy are two important life events that can cause stress to the families having persons with type one diabetes. Things are changing now for good. Once upon a time, marriage was difficult and women with type 1 diabetes were told they could never have children. Thankfully, today it’s common knowledge that a healthy pregnancy is quite possible. Still, there are a lot of open questions and misconceptions.

Our T1 community boasts of many wonderful mothers. Motherhood with T1D may not easy, but it does not mean it is not possible. This Sunday, let us hear how *Priya* and *Henna* went through safe pregnancy with type one diabetes and delivered beautiful, healthy babies.
