Welcome to audition registration for the EYO 24-25 season!
In this registration form, you will be asked to:
Acknowledge that the auditionee (student) and their parent/guardian(s) have read and agree to the tuition and attendance policies if you are accepted to a group.
Provide contact information for the auditionee (student) and their parent/guardian(s).
Select a date/time for the audition.
Please make sure that both the auditionee and the parent/guardian(s) are involved in reading and completing this form.
