This award will cover the cost of NJCL Convention registration for a senior who has attended at least two NJCL conventions.  It will also cover the cost of the NJCL Convention registration for the sponsor of the student who receives the award.

This award was started in 2012 to honor the selfless dedication of Nancy Howell of Tennessee for her many years of enthusiasm and tireless support of her students. Ms. Howell's student Joseph DeHarde created the scholarship to give others the same opportunities he and the TN delegation enjoyed over the years thanks to Nancy Howell's commitment to her local JCL chapter and to the NJCL.
