We will use the information below to select people to offer places at our first event (25-27 March 2022, Ingestre Hall).  We will store the information you provide securely, and will not share it with anyone else except where we explicitly say otherwise: for example, we will post a list of everyone we're offering a place to on our Facebook group, to allow people to decide whether or not they still wish to attend.

We ask for your "wallet" name on the basis that, if you attend our event and we need to take you to A&E, we will want to facilitate them finding your medical records.  If you do not wish us to use this name in correspondence with you, please let us know.

After that, we ask a number of questions about what you do or don't like to do at games.  We will use that information to create a character for you.  This character will be a neonate from a common Clan (https://bloodandfirelarp.com/clans-and-bloodlines/) who will have a good reason to be part of the Anarch Revolt, and hopefully one you will enjoy playing.  We recommend this option for people who want to play but don't have a clear idea of what they'd like to play.

Please be aware that filling out this form is not a guarantee of getting a place.  We will do our best to accommodate as many people as possible but the venue has attendance limits and we wish to ensure we can provide as good a game experience as possible for as many people as possible, which may mean we are unable to offer you a place.  If that happens, we will put you on a waiting list so that we can potentially contact you if a place becomes free.
