EHS Poms Tryout Interest Form 2020-2021
Thank you for being interested in becoming a member of the EHS Poms team!

Please enter your information below if you are planning to trying out for the 2020-2021 season. This information will be used to contact you, if necessary. Tryouts are set for September 18th and 19th at Kinetic Arts Dance Studio in Evergreen (time to be announced). Due to the problems posed by COVID-19 and necessary state guidelines this planning process is ever changing.

If we are able to move ahead as scheduled, there will me a *mandatory* parent meeting prior to tryouts. This meeting will cover what it means to be a member of the EHS Poms team. This will include time, financial, and behavioral requirements. This meeting will be held via Zoom on September 2nd at 6:30pm. Please fill out and submit this form to be sent more info.

***Please be aware that dates and the season structure are subject to change given COVID-19 and the decisions that the state and county will make regarding high school sports. We will make updates on our social media accounts.***

We are hopeful that we will be able to move ahead with a 2020-2021 Poms season and look forward to hearing from you!
