The North Carolina Research Triangle Chapters of Material Research Society and Electrochemical Society, will be hosting this year’s TSRC poster conference in the Glaxo Galleria at the Hamner Conference Center in Research Triangle Park on Thursday, October 7th, 2021 from 5:30 – 8:30pm. Registration and poster set-up will run from 5:30-6:00pm. All attendees are required to pay the $5 admission fee, even those not presenting a poster. Food and drink will be provided through an on-site catering service. All participants will receive entrance gifts. And, over $500 in prizes will be awarded to the most outstanding presenters.

Please use the google form attached to register. Priority registration is due Monday, September 28th. Late registration will be accepted with neither the guarantee of appearing in the abstract book nor approval of drink tickets.

UPDATES (September 15th, 2021)
• For the safety of our participants, judges, and event staff, we will REQUIRE proof of COVID vaccination or a negative viral COVID test 72 to 24 hours before the event. Staff and volunteers will check vaccine cards and test results at the door prior to entry. Additionally, masks will be required throughout the entirety of the event. When eating and drinking, we ask that attendees practice social distancing and utilize the Congressional Conference Room adjacent to the Glaxo Galleria for extra seating and spacing.
• On September 15th, 2021, the price of the event was lowered from $15 to $5. All participates who paid the $15 fee will be notified of the change and reimbursed.
