Library Card Application | Odell Public Library
Please complete the form below to apply for a library card at Odell Public Library located at 307 S. Madison St. in Morrison, Illinois. A staff member will contact you when your library card is ready for pickup. Please allow several days for processing. Staff will need to verify identity of all patron applicants or their parent/guardians. Please be prepared to show a valid photo ID at pick up. Library cards are provided at no cost to ALL KIDS and Morrison residents living within the city limits (or those who own property in town). 

Rural cards are available for an annual fee of $55 which covers the entire household. Individuals residing outside Morrison city limits do not pay city taxes to the library, thus the charge.
