Confirmation Registration Form for 2023-2024
Those who wish their child to receive the sacrament of Confirmation at St. John of the Cross Parish must attend the Parent Meeting. Parents must submit a completed registration form at the Parent Meeting or complete this online form before the meeting. Parents may also submit both the online and the hard copy.
