OSD Masking in Schools Parent Survey

The OHA has announced the return on local control and decision making to schools regarding school staff and students masking indoors. The effective date for schools to have local control is March 31. Please note the action is only on the mask mandate. The vaccine mandate and all current mitigation measures, such as physical distancing, check in, quarantine etc. are still required for schools.

As we are processing this information and planning for the end of the school year we would like input from our parents, staff, and students. This survey is for parents of students in the Oakridge School District. We would very much like to hear your thoughts on this topic.
